Iceland
7 DAYS | 6 NIGHTS
Iceland has a way of making your soul do a little somersault. Think: perfume workshops and wild herb cocktail classes with Reykjavík’s coolest women, picnics that feel like fever dreams, and geothermal dips that make you forget what day it is.
We picked August & September for that late-summer sweet spot, when Iceland feels like one long golden hour. Come play outside with us.

DAY ONE - REYKJAVIK
Our first day is all about undoing the overnight flight. We’ll scoop you up in Reykjavik and ease you into Iceland with a nourishing lunch at Auður Mikaelsdóttir’s home. Then, we spend time with Íris Laxdal, founder of ANGAN, whose skincare line draws on Iceland’s centuries-old bathing culture and local herbs, salts, and oils. She’ll give us a peek into how it all comes together before we head to Sky Lagoon for a geothermal dip to soak the jetlag away.
Fed, moisturized, and significantly more relaxed, we make our way into Reykjavík and settle in at Sigurlaug Sverrisdottir's ION City Hotel. The evening is yours to wander, grab dinner, or crawl directly into bed.
We’re officially in vacation mode.
Meals included: lunch
DAY TWO - REYKJAVIK
We’re standing on some of the most progressive soil in the world…so we’re digging in with Reykjavík’s coolest women, following our noses and tastebuds along the way.
We start with perfumer Lilja Birgisdóttir at Fischersund Perfumery, where mossy landscapes, woodsmoke, and old harbour air somehow end up in a bottle. Then mixologist Raxel Eyjólfsdóttir, the woman behind Wild Icelandic Pink Gin, gets us mixing cocktails with wild Icelandic herbs and botanicals she forages herself.
We finish around the table at Elma Backman’s Matur og Drykkur with Michelin-starred chef Helga Haraldsdóttir for a tasting menu that feels like Iceland in the very best way.
Meals included: cocktails, dinner
DAY THREE - South iceland
Today, we leave city life for Iceland’s wild landscapes.
Martina Holmgren of Hestar og Fjöll is about to turn us all into horse girls. We spend the morning riding Icelandic horses through the countryside, then refuel over lunch at the farm before hitting the road east.
Eyglo’s plotting our route as we nature-crawl our way down the south coast: expect lava fields, surprise stops, and unmarked magic along the way. The grand finale: Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon and Diamond Beach, where Iceland really starts to show off.
Afterwards, we’ll check ourselves into Hotel Jökulsárlón for a cozy evening and dinner together.
Meals included: lunch, dinner
DAY four - south iceland
This morning, artist Hanna Dís Whitehead invites us into her studio in Höfn, where Icelandic wool and straw become something entirely unexpected. She’ll let us in on how a seemingly simple material becomes art, and we’ll never look at a hay field quite the same way again.
After lunch, we head to Vestrahorn for a long wander across its black sand beach, with one very photogenic mountain looming in the background. Clear some space in your camera roll.
The evening is yours to slow down at the hotel, grab dinner, and take in the view of Vatnajökull Glacier from your room.
Meals included: breakfast, lunch
DAY five - south iceland
Today is all about chasing waterfalls and making our way to two of our favorite humans: cheese whisperer Eirný Sigurðardóttir and food stylist Áslaug Snorradóttir.
Wild Terrains legends at this point, Eirný and Áslaug are beloved for hosting ethereal pop-up picnics in Iceland’s dreamiest spots. After wandering around the majestic Skógafoss waterfall, they’ve invited us to an al fresco lunch with fizzy pink gin cocktails, goat cheese crostinis, and the biggest laughs.
When we can’t possibly eat another bite, we roll into Anna Kruczek’s UMI Hotel for a little downtime before dinner together.
Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner
DAY six - south iceland
In the morning, we hop on the ferry to the Westman Islands: a tiny, rugged archipelago that’s the perfect addition to our summer itinerary. We explore windswept cliffs and search for puffins, because yes, they really are that cute in person. After our puffin patrol, we settle in for lunch at a favorite local spot.
Back on the mainland, we regroup, refresh, and return to Eirný and Áslaug’s house for a dinner party and maaaaybe one too many bottles of wine that leads to an ABBA dance party. We toast to this late-summer dream trip and the friendships we’ve made. If we’re crying by dessert, just roll with it.
Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner
DAY seven - KEFLAVIK
The part where we hug, say our goodbyes, and pretend we’re not already plotting a reunion. One last breakfast, and we are off to Keflavik Airport to head home. Iceland, you’ve been good to us.
Meals included: breakfast

Our Partners
In Peru, the women you'll meet are the heart of the trip: chefs, gallerists, fashion and jewelry designers, outdoor guides, and Indigenous women whose knowledge runs generations deep. Every table you sit at along the way is the result of a relationship we've built with them. This means you’re doing more than just visiting Peru, you’re putting your time and money behind women-led businesses, celebrating Indigenous craft and culture, and sparking the kind of connections that linger long after you're home.
