Mary Moses is a cofounder of Andenia, the boutique hotel where your Sacred Valley journey begins. Her path into hospitality runs through more than a decade in tourism, a career that carried her from Vietnam to Peru, plus an MBA from Harvard. She partnered with Michel Seiner and Michael Moldauer to build Mercado 28, Peru's first group of food halls in Lima, and the three fell for a garden-wrapped Sacred Valley plot that became their first hotel.
