1. HOW IS WILD TERRAINS DIFFERENT?

At Wild Terrains it's important to us that our travel experiences are full circle experiences and truly integrated into the local community. That's why every aspect of our itineraries prioritize supporting women-owned businesses (from the hotel you sleep in to the food you eat) and we donate 1% of the profits from each trip to a local organization that supports women entrepreneurs. We believe in connecting the creative women on our trips with the creative women in the communities we're visiting and making sure we're supporting those communities along the way. 2. I'M NOT SURE IF I'M A CREATIVE WOMAN, CAN I STILL COME ON A TRIP?

We strongly believe every human being is naturally creative in their own way. With that in mind, you won't find itineraries centered on a single activity (like yoga or surf retreats) at Wild Terrains. Instead, we focus on designing dynamic travel experiences that incorporate design, food, art, culture, music, & more. We also make sure you're meeting and getting to know the locals behind the scenes. If that sounds good to you, then we'd love to have you!

3. WHAT ARE YOUR BOOKING TERMS?

4. WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY?

For all Wild Terrains Experiences, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price of the Experience is required at the time of booking. Payment of the remaining 50% balance is due no later than 60 days before departure.

All payments are non-refundable should you decide to cancel your booking. The only exception is if you (a) cancel more than 60 days prior to departure and (b) have already paid in full for your Experience, then Wild Terrains will refund 50% of the total price of the Experience. If you cancel your booking at any time, your deposit will not be returned. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made 60 days or less before departure. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of your booking so you are protected in the event you need to cancel.

5. WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Please visit each individual trip for a list of what's included. Typically our Experiences include all accommodations, all activities and most meals.

6. WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED?

Please visit each individual trip for a list of what's not included. Typically our Experiences do not include international flights, alcohol, travel insurance, visa fees, and personal experiences.

7. WHY DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?

We require all travelers to purchase travel insurance before traveling on an Experience with us. You must show proof of purchase and coverage at least 45 days before your Experience start date. Failure to show this will result in cancellation of your booking. Get your travel insurance here.

8. WHAT IS THE GROUP SIZE ON YOUR TRIPS?

Less is more. We like to keep our groups between 8-12 people.

9. CAN I GO BY MYSELF?

Of course! We adore solo travelers.

10. WILL I HAVE TIME TO DO MY OWN THING DURING THE TRIP?

Absolutely. We love group travel, but we also know how important it is to have time to explore on your own. All of our itineraries have plenty of time built in for you to do your own thing.
