HOW IT WORKS
1. CONNECT WITH US
You’ll share information about your desired trip, pay a $200 deposit (credited toward your final trip package), and schedule a Discovery Call with our team.
2. CUSTOMIZE YOUR EXPERIENCE
On the Trip Design Call we’ll learn all about you, your interests, and your travel preferences to design a one-of-a-kind travel experience just for you!
3. REVIEW YOUR ITINERARY
See your travel dreams start to take shape as you review and provide feedback on an initial itinerary created by your team.
4. BOOK YOUR TRIP
Once we’ve nailed down all of the details of your trip, we’ll collect a 30% non-refundable deposit and confirm all of your reservations.
5. GET EXCITED
We’ll help you put the finishing touches on your itinerary, including sharing information on what to pack and prep. You’ll pay your 70% remaining balance at least 75 days before your departure.
6. BON VOYAGE
You’re headed on a trip-of-a-lifetime, and we can’t wait to hear all about it!

Due to the custom nature of these travel experiences, please expect to invest more per person than our small group trips. Our starting package price for custom trips is USD $1,000 per person per day. We require custom trips to be a minimum length of 5 days. A $200 deposit is required to begin the planning process.
