Art historian Marie-Theres “Mares” Michel holds a Masters in Art History from Austria’s University of Vienna. There, she was director of a modern art gallery before moving to France to soak up its culture, language, and lifestyle. Mares first lived in Paris, where she was in charge of a major contemporary art gallery. Later, she relocated to the Côte d’Azur, where she currently lives. Passionate about art and culture, Mares organizes one-of-a-kind arts events to share her knowledge and create moments of artistic discovery.
