Argentina Trip
Oh, the luxury! We’ll send one of our favorite drivers to pick you up at the Mendoza Airport and transfer you to Entre Cielos Hotel! Prices listed are for 1-2 people. If you are a group size of 3-4 please add quantity of 2 :).
We’ll send one of our favorite drivers to pick you up/drop you off at any of the Buenos Aires airports. Prices listed are for 1-2 people. If you are a group size of 3-4, please add quantity of 2.
Please indicate how many people are in your party in the notes when you complete your purchase - so we can make sure the drivers are prepared and you do not incur additional fees the day of your pickup.
What’s Included

Communication with our hotel partners to secure your dates and rates, taking tedious back-and-forth off your plate.
Organization. Usually we can coordinate your reservation so that you won’t have to switch rooms when the trip starts (subject to availability).
What’s Not Included
Room charge at Entre Cielos, which normally ranges from USD $700 - $950 per night. Once we’ve coordinated your booking, you will pay Entre Cielos directly to reserve the room.
Personal incidentals will be charged to your credit card throughout your stay.
Note: our hotels are small and tend to fill up quickly, so please don’t wait until the last minute!

If you decide to stay longer, we can book you in the same hotel room you will be in with the group at Correntoso Hotel in Patagonia. We will not charge you anything now - our team will follow up with availability and rates after you complete your order. Note: our hotels are small and tend to fill up quickly, so please don’t wait until the last minute!
*We charge a small fee to have our team manage your reservation and extend your stay at the hotel we use for the group. This fee is in addition to the cost of the additional night, which will be quoted over email.

Your trip leader will be your go-to resource and best gal pal on the ground wherever you’re traveling, and now you can meet her before you get there.
Your 45-minute virtual coffee date with your trip leader will be held on Google Meet and includes a personalized follow-up email with the tips, recommendations, and details you discuss. You’ve got questions, your trip leader has answers.
