Toti (short for Teodelina) is an Argentine chef inspired by the evocative memories of flavor and taste. Though she started off working as a childhood education specialist, Toti dove headfirst into the world of cooking a decade ago.

She began hosting cooking classes from her home, and as her passion - and popularity - grew, expanded into new formats and went in search of a professional kitchen workshop space to call her own. A proud proponent of all things Argentine, Toti showcases the country’s diverse flavors, premium producers, and rich culture in an engaging, dynamic, and laid-back way.

Now, she teaches locals and visitors alike how to crimp the perfect empanada, consults with brands on different gastronomic endeavors, and carries the torch of the new wave of her country’s culinary culture.
