The Little Copa is a pandemic baby born out of Pepper's kitchen in June 2020 after 20 years of production work came to a full halt. One of her escapism daydreams had always been moving somewhere coastal and opening a little beach bar. So here she was, in the height of lockdown needing something to get lost in, something to get busy doing that was fun..

The kitchen was always her happy place, so why not start that “beach” bar right in her neighborhood when everyone needed an escape? It was decided. She bought a daiquiri machine online and invited friends and neighbors over for frozen drinks in the middle of a Louisiana summer. It became more than just drinks, it was a way to feel connected and alive during isolation. It was a VIBE.

Those lockdown days are over, but The Little Copa still remains a source of joy and fun for Pepper. You can find her serving up fresh fruit daiquiris and cocktails at pop ups and parties year round in her hometown of New Orleans.
