Arlette Eulert is one of Lima's most celebrated chefs and co-owner of Matria and Bruto Taverna. A Le Cordon Bleu graduate, she's cooked in kitchens from Nobu London to D.O.M in São Paulo before building a name in Lima. She was named Peru's best female chef at the 2018 Summum awards, and she founded Niñakilla, an NGO in Rome that supports immigrant women through Peruvian cooking. She also hosts several food-focused TV programs.
