You’ve already booked your Wild Terrains trip (yay!!!) Now, it’s time to organize the nitty-gritty details. Customize your experience by adding the below items to your trip.
We pay our partners the moment you pay us - so unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds. Please be thoughtful when you are planning!
Oh, the luxury! We’ll send one of our favorite drivers to pick you up in style! This is a one-way transfer from Keflavik Airport to or from any hotel in the Reykjavik city center.
What’s Included
Coordination of your extra nights booking at Ion City Hotel.
Communication with our hotel partners to secure your dates and rates, taking tedious back-and-forth off your plate.
Organization. Usually we can coordinate your reservation so that you won’t have to switch rooms when the trip starts (subject to availability).
What’s Not Included
Room charge at Ion Hotel, which normally ranges from USD $450 - $650 per night. Once we’ve coordinated your booking, you will pay Ion Hotel directly to reserve the room.
Personal incidentals will be charged to your credit card throughout your stay.
Note: our hotels are small and tend to fill up quickly, so please don’t wait until the last minute!
Why do we charge for this?
It might seem like a quick email, but coordinating extra nights takes time—checking availability, working to keep you in the same room as your trip, and making the process feel seamless on your end. For $25, we handle the back-and-forth so you don’t have to.
Prefer to book on your own?
No problem! Email ioncity@ioniceland.is and let them know you’re with the Wild Terrains group. Just a heads up: booking through third-party sites or even the hotel’s website may result in a room change and higher rates—emailing directly is your best bet.

Visit the famous Blue Lagoon for a 2 hour geothermal soak. This package includes a private airport pickup from KEF Airport to Blue Lagoon where the driver will hold your luggage while you enjoy enjoy your soak. Your driver will pick you up two hours later and take you to ION City Hotel, where our trip starts.
TICKETS SOLD SEPARATELY - You can purchase your entry ticket to the Blue Lagoon and any other treatments you’d like to add on directly through Blue Lagoon by clicking here. Transfers include space for 1-3 guests with luggage.
