We offer flexible booking! A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at checkout, but you are able to change your trip date or destination as long as you give us at least 75 days notice. The remaining 50% balance is due 75 days before departure.

The WT team is always very prepared, but this is our first opportunity to run the New Orleans trip with a real group of travelers - despite our best efforts, something will likely go wrong! We need a group that can roll with that, have a laugh, and be open with feedback.
You are someone who isn’t willing to give feedback with empathy. Our team works incredibly hard to launch a new destination and feedback is super valuable, but it’s hard to hear it when it’s not positioned in a constructive way.
