We offer flexible booking! A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at checkout, but you are able to change your trip date or destination as long as you give us at least 75 days notice. The remaining 50% balance is due 75 days before departure.

*Please note: all 2026 group trips will shift to a 90-day deadline for final payments, changes, and cancellations.

**We do not allow strangers to share a room on our Mexico City trips. The beds at our hotels in Mexico City do not separate, so you will be sharing a bed if you select a shared room. Please only book a shared room if you are traveling with a friend or relative.
