Launched in 2010 at "Colette" Paris, the Mirit Weinstock Jewelry brand is based in Tokyo with all jewelry handcrafted in Japan. The brand is internationally-distributed label producing high-end, handcrafted luxury jewelry. Finding her inspiration in uncommon materials, trinkets and souvenirs, Weinstock offers ultra-feminine original pieces with a dreamy, poetic quality and a classic touch. Weinstock’s modern approach to jewelry-making and bold material combinations won her international recognition, with pieces from her collections carried at over 40 top boutiques worldwide, among them Opening Ceremony, 10 Corso Como, Fenwick, and Isetan.

Weinstock is a graduate of the Fashion Department at the acclaimed Shenkar College. After completing her studies she interned at Alexander McQueen in London and Maison Lanvin in Paris, working closely with Alber Elbaz and specializing in couture and its relation to craft. Alongside her work as designer, Weinstock is active as a visual artist, since graduating from the MFA program at the Bezalel Academy in 2013.

Mirit has been studying "Ikebana" flower arrangement for five years at Japanese traditional Ikebana association 'Ikenobo'. As she immerses herself into Japanese crafts, Mirit is also practicing ceramics. She spent the summer at Shigaraki Ceramic Park, specializing in porcelain.

The different fields of crafts, art and jewelry inspire one another, resulting in a versatile body of work that explores the dialog between tradition and contemporary.
